Brand Creation, Website Design & Development
For New Hampshire residents and visitors alike, The Common Man is a familiar presence, with restaurants, lodgings, roadside markets, event spaces, and other hospitality properties throughout the state. Born from the transformation of a former wood mill in 2001 to an Adirondack-inspired inn, the brand is renowned for its commitment to preserving the past and “do good” motto that aims to give back to the community.
And we understand them “inn” and out. We’ve enjoyed a strong relationship with The Common Man team since 2016, and we’ve done it all: from orchestrating a massive website overhaul for six branded and 11 independent restaurants to launching a brand-new wedding & event venue, debuting a new culinary program, and more. Our ongoing work for them includes:
- KEEP THE MARKETING ENGINE TUNED UP: Conducting extensive technical and performance audits across all marketing channels, including interviews with operational teams to assess business challenges and identify opportunities.
- BUILD WEBSITES: Launching multiple websites for new properties and tailoring each to allow the distinctive properties to shine in the eyes of travelers and search engines.
- KEEP WEBSITES FRESH: Reassessing, refreshing, and rebuilding websites to support continued growth in top markets, and deepen engagement with core audiences, such as business, family, and foodie travelers.
- GENERATE BOOKINGS: Implementing the latest digital marketing platforms and best practices while building sophisticated campaigns with thoughtful SEO, PPC, and content management strategies to market and grow awareness and bookings of properties, offerings, and experiences.
- CREATE BRANDS: Creating new brand identities from the ground up, while refining and elevating established brands through refreshed visual systems, logos, and creative assets.
- EVENT LEAD GENERATION: Using business patterns to craft digital campaigns that foster lead generation and RFP completion for weddings and special events.
Through every twist and turn – the pandemic, the shift from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4, rapid rise of AI technology, economic uncertainty, and more – we’ve provided a steady hand, continually adapting our approach year over year based on their needs and changing traveler behavior. Our quarterly analytics and strategy reviews with stakeholders keep us grounded in what their business needs, allowing us to deliver significant results.
So…how are things going?
Well, our relationship with the Common Man team is still strong after a decade…so you tell us. <wink>
